No worries. The fact that you recognize you need help is the most important thing. The next step is to call to schedule your clinical evaluation. 

Once you schedule your initial appointment, you will receive a link from TherapyNotes to setup your account to complete intake forms and to upload your insurance information. All forms must be completed 24 hours before your initial appointment or your appointment may be canceled. 

During your initial appointment your therapist will ask you a series of questions to complete your clinical evaluation. These questions will help us gather relevant information to address your mental health and/or personal needs. The evaluation is usually an hour long. Once your evaluation is complete you will schedule your follow-up appointment to develop your treatment plan.  

Yes, I accept Cigna Health Insurance, Aetna, United HealthCare, WellCare, NC Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Vaya Health. We also offer self-pay options and sliding scale fee options. Please contact our office for additional information.

We understand that life happens, right? However, when possible, please provide a 24-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling your appointment. There is a charge fee that will be automatically debit from your card on file if a 24-hour notice is not given. Please review our cancellation policy for more details.
